You acknowledge and understand that the content generated by the [Article Optimization] and [Image Beautification] services is generated by artificial intelligence models. We do not make any guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, and functionality of the content generated, and the content generated does not represent our attitude or opinion. Please verify it yourself before using it.
If the content you upload or input involves third-party information (including but not limited to personal information), you must ensure that you have obtained legal and valid authorization before uploading or inputting this information. If you disclose other people's personal information or infringe on other people's rights, any liability arising from this will be borne entirely by you.
(2) Helping you become our user
In order to comply with the requirements of laws and regulations and provide you with more convenient services, when you register/log in as a GenLook user, you need to authorize the provision of your mobile phone number, network identity information (such as avatar, nickname, mobile phone number, OAID, etc.), and the OpenID of the third-party platform;.
If you choose to authorize the use of a third-party account to log in, we will obtain your shared account information (such as avatar, nickname, region, gender, etc.) from the third party and bind it to your GenLook account for quick login. We will use your personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
(2) To identify your device and prevent malicious programs and anti-cheating, improve service security, and ensure operational quality and efficiency
We will collect your device information (including IME1, device serial number, OAID, MEID, Android ID.IMSI, GUID, MAC address, SIM card serial number), installed APP information or running process information.
(3) Provide you with [Picture Beautification] service
When you use the [Picture Beautification] related functions, we need to upload the pictures you specify to the server so that we can beautify your pictures through artificial intelligence models for you to save locally; in order to save the beautified pictures locally, we need to request your storage permission to obtain external storage information (SD card data and other sensor information.
Among them, AI face-changing also belongs to the [Picture Beautification] related functions. The uploaded pictures are only used for the AI face-changing function and will not be used for other functions or shared with third parties. The digital image pictures will be encrypted and saved on the server. After the uploaded pictures are used, they will be released by the server without being saved. Users can change or delete the facial data of the digital image through the client by themselves, and the server will not retain it.
The upload and Processing is necessary to provide this function. If you refuse, you will not be able to use this function. If you agree, we will take strict encryption measures during the transmission and storage of the content you upload in accordance with legal requirements to ensure the security of the content. The use of such content is limited to providing you with this function.
(4) Providing you with [Article Optimization] services
When you use the [Article Optimization] related functions, we will collect the content you fill in and enter in the dialog box and upload such content to the server so that the artificial intelligence model can use such content to output the corresponding content for you; when you share or receive shared information, you need to access your clipboard locally and read the content contained therein so that the platform can optimize and share the article for you.
The uploading and processing of this information is necessary to provide this function. If you If you refuse, you will not be able to use this function; if you agree, we will take strict encryption measures during the transmission and storage of the content you upload in accordance with legal requirements to ensure the security of the content, and the use of the content is limited to providing you with this function service.
(II) Instructions for calling permissions
To ensure the normal implementation of relevant business functions, we need to call the corresponding necessary permissions according to specific usage scenarios. Please be aware that after you agree to the privacy policy, the corresponding device permissions will not be enabled by default. When important or sensitive permissions are involved, a pop-up window will be displayed before you use it, and it will be enabled only after obtaining your consent. After the permissions are enabled, you can also turn them off through settings. When you choose to turn off some or all permissions in the settings, the corresponding business functions may not be implemented or the expected effects may not be achieved, but it does not It will affect your use of basic functional services.
(1) Album
Read permission:When you use the [Picture Beautification] service, we will request access to your album. This permission is only used to enable you to select and upload the pictures you want to beautify. We will not access or collect other pictures or information in your album without reason.
Write permission:When you use the [Picture Beautification] service and want to save the beautified pictures to the album, we will request write permission with your explicit consent. This permission is only used to save the beautified pictures to your device album. We will not use this permission to perform any other operations without your consent.
(2) Clipboard
When you use the [Article Optimization] service and want to copy and paste external copy content into [GenLook] for optimization, we will request to read your clipboard content. The call of this permission is entirely based on your active operation (such as copying the copy content). We only read the clipboard content in this scenario to quickly complete the transfer and optimization of the copy.
We promise that we will not read or store your clipboard content without reason, and will stop accessing the clipboard immediately after completing the service.
(3) Permission Management
You can view and manage the permission settings of the APP at any time in the system settings of your device. If you do not want the APP to continue to access your photo album or clipboard, you can turn off the corresponding permissions at any time. This will not affect other basic functions of the APP, but may affect your experience of using specific services.
We respect your choice and encourage you to regularly check and manage your permission settings to ensure the security and privacy of your personal information.
(III) Others
If we use information for other purposes not specified in this policy, or use information collected for specific purposes for other purposes, we will separately ask for your authorization and consent.
(IV) Exceptions to obtaining consent
Please be aware that we do not need to obtain your authorization and consent to collect and use personal information in the following circumstances:

In order to achieve specific functions, we will access plug-ins/SDK (software tool development kit) provided by third parties and share necessary data with third parties to complete the service. Different versions of third-party SDKs will be different. We will conduct strict security inspections on third parties and agree on data protection measures.

Information collected/shared: device information (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OAID/OpenUDID/GUID), regional statistics function, uninstall analysis function, location information, network information

V. How we handle the personal information of minors
Our services are mainly for adults, and we regard anyone under the age of 18 as a minor.
We will protect the personal information of minors in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the country. For the collection of personal information of minors with the consent of their guardians, we will only use or disclose this information when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the guardian, or when necessary to protect minors.
